Ataturk Palace was established in 1890. This historic building hosted Ataturk, the founder of the Turkish Republic, in 1934 and 1937. The palace is located seven kilometers from the center of Trabzon. The palace displays items that Ataturk used during his visit, and you can enjoy the tranquility provided by the forest and the different colors of flowers. Located in the palace garden, the palace consists of three floors and overlooks a group of attractive gardens that are unique in their wonderful designs and contain a group of antique furniture pieces that were used in it since the beginning of the twentieth century
