You may be eligible to receive a refund if your travel plans were affected by COVID-19 depending on the severity.
To cancel your reservation, visit My Travels. You may be eligible for a future flight credit, or a return to your original payment depending on the ticket type and disruption.
You can cancel your reservation by filling out the cancellation form. We'll be in touch with you to let you know if your ticket is eligible for a refund. Your refund will be applied to the original payment method if your ticket qualifies. We will take up to seven business days to process your request. International tickets may have a different refund policy.
