The NBA calendar has flipped to 2020, and that means All-Star festivities are on the horizon.Ahead of All-Star weekend (Feb. 14-16 in Chicago), the league has released the final fan voting results. A few big names are unsurprisingly at the top of the lists, but there are some eye-openers on the leaderboards for each Duke Johnson Jersey conference.MORE: Lakersforward LeBron James finished slightly ahead ofLuka Doncic and Giannis Antetokounmpowith the most overall votes. Fan favorites Alex Caruso and Tacko Fall landedin the top 10 at their respective positions, and Carmelo Anthony jumped up to sixth in the Western Conference frontcourt after joining the Trail Blazers in late November.Check out the finalresults below ahead of the All-Star break.How does the NBA All-Star voting proce s work?The fan vote accounts for 50 percent of the total vote to determine the starters for the NBA All-Star Game. Current players and media members split the other 50 Buffalo Bills Jackets percent. Each ballot consists of two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference. Reserves are chosen by NBA head coaches, and league commi sioner Adam Silver choosesinjury replacements if nece sary.All-Star captains will then draft their teams from the eligible pool of players (starters in first round, reserves in second round).
